How powerful code is ?

A group of members called Kara who led by the jigen aka ishiki otsutsuki is place where we all saw code for the first time. Code is member of Kara group and highly rated as strongest among them but we never saw him in any action at start. all he was doing just keeping an eye on Ten tails. Code is also a vessel for ishiki otsutsuki at first but he has white unique Karma that has some similarities between normal karma and later kawaki become pure vessel for ishiki otsutsuki. Code is also known for worshipping the otsutsuki as god's and it was ishiki otsutsuki who gave code purpose for his life to live as an otstutsuki and harvest chakra fruit become a otsutsuki and God. Why otsutsuki fear Sasuke more than Naruto?

After the fourth great ninja war shinobi power scale shinobi world goes off the radar because of the powers achieved by Naruto and Sasuke.

when you compare Naruto and Sasuke through the entire series Sasuke never gone off the radar in terms of power and intelligence. Even though naruto has raw power thanks to his Uzumaki family he achieved large chakra reserves, when comes battlefield naruto never used his brain in the battle.

When you follow the entire series the brain of team 7 is Sasuke himself in the early battles of Naruto.

Mainly Sasuke is blessed with the Sharingan which is one of the most powerful dojutsu in the naruto series. The Sharingan dojutsu gives the upper hand in every battle that can tackle every move of his opponent this gives a wide advantage in the battle. This will gives an advantage to Sasuke in every battle he fought. we all know that how powerful the Sharingan is Naruto series. 

During the fourth great shinobi war when the sage of six paths gave power to Sasuke and Naruto when Sasuke awakens rennigan this is where a new Sasuke is born.

Rinnegan is the most troublesome dojustu when he fighting against the otsutsuki because it causes trouble to the otsutsutuki and this dojustu has a wide range of abilities when it comes to battle and Sasuke is most dangerous because of his Rinnegan.

when it comes to the battlefield sasuke has the most adaptability and he is good at every possibility of the battle another most important thing is that Sasuke can easily judge the opponent's power during the fight and he proceeds with that data defeats the enemy.

His intelligence and using the rinnegan adapting to the battlefield is making him the most troublesome opponent for the otsutsuki family.

we can see that on every otsutsuki battle They are like "damn rinnegan". Rinnegan is the ultimate dojustu in the entire Naruto series.

Apart from the rinnegan, Sasuke without Rennigan is still a dangerous opponent for anyone.

This is the major reason why otsutsuki fears Sasuke more than Naruto.

 A s of now, we all saw the conversations between code and kawaki and boruto in chapter 63 we also learned about the true essence of karma and how it works when karma is activated.
